Great location, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable, as not to soft bed (important because of my back problem)
The wall is quite thin, therefore it was a bit disturbing to hear people talking while passing on the corridor, in front of our door

Excellent location, right in the centre a only few meters from Gran Via metro station.
Such a tiny room that we placed our luggage on the desk. The air condition didn't work well so we frizzed one night. Still waiting for the extra duvet. Never changed the towers although we left left them on the floor once. On conclusion a very expensive hotel (didn't worth the 120 euros per night) that can't meet expectations at all. Consider it as a last chance solution

The hotel location is very good and one appreciates the internet connection when on a business trip. Helpful staff. Cannopt comment on the breakfast as we did not have any, I would recommend the hotel.
Slight degradation on the bathroom and the furniture, but nothing too bad.

Easy access to underground, good break fast, good internet connection
It's not easy to go to hotel from airport with public transport.

Freshly prepared and healthy breakfasts for vegetarians, enjoyed it. Its location was very central, 300 metres from a vast pedestrianized public square. - the area was great, close to the biggest shops like Zara, Stradivarius, or Primark.

Location, cleanliness and room type (family) (4 beds).Nevertheless the hotel staff is too inclined to offer "commercial" solutions for nearby tours/show. They did not considered other alternatives besides the commercial -business like.

Convenient location - easy access to Metro, Gran Via, Puerta del Sol, and great restaurants. Free wifi. Clean, small rooms - very functional. Family rooms available (which can be difficult to find in Spain) which means a double bed and bunk bed.
Dark hallways and some of the rooms smell like smoke. Not much personality to the hotel. Bunk bed was not too stable and scared my kids to sleep in it.
